First race in 2 years and first 1 year post hip surgery

Did my first race in two years and first after hip surgery last year. Playtri Luck of the Irish Super Sprint to test out how the body would respond after 2-3 months of training. Nutrition was dialed in, Finished 5th overall and got beat by 3 teenagers ( 2 -13 yrs and 1 14 yr) anmd as twenty year old. Still the Fastest old dude
