I am road/gravel cycling rider who is a bit more mature and likely a bit more like a regular rider who enjoys racing and events still to this day. I turn 60 next year and over the last two years I have participated in at least 18 road/gravel events, always using Stages power Meters of course. I am a leader of a large Peloton team as well and use that indoor cycle to train as well. The team I run has 180 people on it and we participate in Power Zone training and many of us, well over 100 are avid outdoor riders as well.
