I grew up in Stockholm, Sweden and rode competitively for the Sofia Cyckel Klubb. I have been riding road bikes, mountain bikes, City bikes since I was a kid. I am now 55 years old. I ride a fair bit. About 4,500 miles and about 300,000 feet of vertical so far this year. I am just back from a bike trip to France where I did most of the classic mountain passes in the TDF: Pyrenees: Col de Tourmalet, Col de Solour, Col D’Bisque, Col de Spandelles, Col d’Aspin, Col de Peyresourde, Couraduque, Alpes: Alpe D’Huez, Col de Poultrans, Col de la Madeleine, Col de Glandon, Col de la Croix de Fer, Col de Glandon and Meribel/Col de la Loze. Awesome trip. Professionally I am running a merchant bank in NYC (biking to and from the office of course). Personally, I am married and have three kids in college/University.
