I’m 44 with two boys 14 & 19. We’ve all had our share of mtb and some road racing for the last ten years. Currently I train with heart rate and am doing my best to prepare for regional mtb races in the spring. I’m a core staff member for the FL NICA league and assistant coach with my younger son’s Winter Park Coyotes NICA team. I’ve done amateur racing for the last eight years, primarily mtb (now Cat2/sport) and some cyclocross (Cat4). I was invited to Team Sindacato from central Florida a few weeks ago.
