I'm just a dad trying to guide and keep up with my kids, sharing the sport I love. I've gone from monitoring power for intervals to monitoring KJ/Calories burned to keep myself healthy and moving forward for my kid's NICA and USA Cycling events. After 5 years of working towards a buckle at the Leadville 100 Covid coincided with my race so now I'm back at ground zero, looking for new goals, or post ride coffee, which might just be a great goal.
