A couple of years ago I decided it was finally time to lose weight. As part of my weight loss path I picked up running and lost over 50 pounds.
Since then I have completed two full marathons and two Ironmans.
looking to complete my third one in November 2021 at Ironman Arizona. In 2019 I set out and rode 300 miles with my friends in one day and just this year I Everested. I love cycling and challenge myself to better myself each day.
