I love representing Team Stages! I ride & run and compete in a number of duathlons each season. 2023 marks my 23nd consecutive year of racing and I'm getting close to 200 multisport events total. I enjoy competing in national and world championships, but have just as much fun racing closer to home with teammates & friends and meeting and encouraging athletes new to the sport.
