I am an IT professional and triathlon enthusiast that is working on a healthy lifestyle one mile at a time. Many years ago, I used to live an unhealthy lifestyle and knew that I had to make a change, so I decided to to take up cycling as my primary for of exercise since it was easy on the joints. As my fitness increased, I started swimming and before you know it I was able to run pain free. Through this transformation back to good heath, I've gain a new respect for the human body and find joy in helping other that are along their journey to a better health as well.
